Educator

I have the tremendous privilege of working with and learning alongside some amazing young people everyday. I seek to further their perspectives on life around the globe in order to challenge, empower, and develop how they view the world around them. Click here to read more about my teaching philosophy.

The core classes I teach are:

INTAG 100

A comprehensive overview of the ecological, social, political, economic, and technological challenges and opportunities facing agriculture and food security globally.

INTAG 490

This senior seminar is a deep dive into the interconnected complexities of facing agriculture and food security globally. This class combines active discussion with applied grant writing skills.

INTAG 100 Online

Offered to students at Penn State’s Commonwealth campuses, this course addresses much of the same content of INTAG 100 but in an online learning format.
